Payment and Delivery



We send your order as discreet as possible with PostNL. Nowhere on the parcel you will find the name Condomerie as sender.

In the Netherlands, we will always try to send your order in an envelope to fit your letter box. This means that we will make the package flat to fit your mailbox (if possible ofcourse).

Outside The Netherlands we often use a regular plain box.

We notice that many countries outside of Europe are unable to deliver packages in time because of Covid-19.

Sometimes this even causes heavy delay up to 8 weeks.

We always make sure to send the packages as soon as possible, but the Postal Services are out of our control.

Please keep this in mind when you place an order.

Same day delivery in Amsterdam: Special Corona service

Amsterdam inner ring: orders received on weekdays and saturday before 3 PM, will be delivered the same day (deo volente). If we can not deliver the same day, we will try to contact you.

Click and Collect in Amsterdam.

You can also pick up your order in the store in Amsterdam (Warmoesstraat 141). You order and pay through the website. The orderprocess will offer you this option.

Orders can only be picked up after receipt of payment.

Another option: mail, call or chat. You can let us know what you are looking for and we will make sure it is available for pick up. In this case you can pay in the store.




The following charges apply:

The Netherlands - Condoms: Free.

The Netherlands - 6,50 EURO (products that will not fit your mailbox like lubricants)

Europe - 12,50 EURO (DHL Parcel or Post NL)

Outside Europe - 29,95 EURO (DHL Parcel or Post NL)

Delivery time

Delivery time outside The Netherlands is ± 10 - 15 workingdays, depending on country and method of payment. Orders will be executed after receipt of payment. 

Please contact us if you have not received your order after three weeks.

Within the Netherlands you will not receive a parcel trackingcode. Outside the Netherlands, we will provide you with a code by e-mail within a few days after you have placed your order.

Condomerie updates its exchange rates daily.

Payment methods

In the Condomerie webshop you can pay by Banktransfer, Creditcard or by PayPal.

Bank transfer 

Always remember to write your ordernumber and full name on your form of payment. Transfer the amount to ING Bank account number NL 33INGB0004912767 in the name of FIRMA CHGV, in Amsterdam. It is possible to make a payment from any bank in the world to the ING Bank, the Netherlands (BIC-code: INGBNL2A / IBAN-nummer: NL 33INGB0004912767 / SWIFT-code: INGBNL2A) Ordernumber will be provided by email after you've made an order.



When you pay with iDEAL, you use online banking from one of the participating banks. For more information you can visit the IDEAL website.





For creditcard payments Condomerie uses the services provided by MultiSafePay. The payment will be processed on one of the secure servers of MultiSafePay.

We charge no additional fee




Paying using PayPal is also possible.

The payment will be processed on one of the secure servers of PayPal.

PayPal supports Visa, EuroCard en MasterCard.

We charge no additional fee for paypal payments.


Exchanging and returning.

Please contact us if for any reason, you wish to return the products. (Within 14 days after receiving your order). Do this by contacting us by email or telephone and quoting the order number supplied to you.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition and in the same packaging that you received it.

You will be reimbursed by Condomerie by bank transfer or original method of payment. (Within 14 days after we have received the returned products).

You will be reimbursed by Condomerie for costs of the product, payment costs and shippingcosts. But not for extra shippingcosts that were made on your request (for instance for express delivery).

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.


Wrong or faulty products.

In the event that there is a mistake in your order, or if goods are faulty or misdescribed, please return the wrong articles unopened, by registered mail. Costs for the product, payment costs and postage will be reimbursed by Condomerie by bank transfer or original method of payment.

In this case, You will be reimbursed for your own shipping costs for returning your item.

Regarding deliveries outside the Netherlands, the Condomerie is not responsible for any problems with customs.
