- Thoroughly wash the sterilization case for your menstrual cup with a soap suitable for the intimate area before first use.

- Empty your menstrual cup or disc after use and rinse with water.

- Place your menstrual cup or disc in the case and fill it halfway with hot water.

- To sterilize in the microwave, heat the case (with the lid slightly open) for about 3 minutes on medium-high power—or until the water is steaming. Allow it to cool before touching.

- If you are in a public restroom or do not have access to a microwave, simply fill the case with hot tap water and let your menstrual product soak for a few minutes.

- Pour the water into the toilet afterwards.

- Rinse, dry, and reuse your menstrual cup or disc, or store it safely in the case.
